Meet our Instructors and Staff

Core Strong is Birmingham's Premiere Classical Pilates Studio and Movement/Mobility. All of our instructors have a 450 hour program behind them – majority have 800+. Our studio is passionate about the fundamentals of Pilates so you can apply the correct method to your workout and get the full benefit of each exercise. First lesson is not a killer workout but more of a focus on the fundamentals.” We want to educate our clients on how to maintain their own their bodies and integrate better movement and biomechanics into their movement practice and daily lives.
