(Introductory Program) 

Designed for people who have never done Pilates before. This package consists of 10 classes where students will learn the fundamentals of the Classical Pilates method. Upon completion of the introductory series, students will be ready for regularly scheduled Group Equipment classes. Call or email the studio to get started!


This class centers around floor work conducted on a mat using the body's own resistance.  It is a series of exercises which are performed and designed to improve circulation, breathing, posture and body awareness. 


Tailored to meet the needs of each individual, a private session allows the student to work at his or her own level, and to focus each session on specific needs and goals.  The instructor will vary each workout, incorporating all the appropriate Pilates equipment and mat work to provide a personalized experience to help each student reach their personalized goals.


These classes are ideal for students with similar levels of Pilates study and goals, who enjoy the rhythm of a class but with more individualized instruction.  Students will utilize Reformers, Towers, Chairs and Mat in diverse and varied workouts.  If you are looking for a Duet or Trio, let us know so we can help pair you with one or more partners.


With 3 or 4 students in a class, these classes consists of rhythmic movements with transitions into a number of choreographed exercises.  Expect to uniformly develop the body by increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. Sessions will also improve body alignment, balance and coordination. Core Strong uses state of the art Centerline equipment utilizing Reformers, Tower Systems and Chairs.  You will leave a lesson feeling elongated and toned.

            *Instructor approval is required to attend Intermediate/Advanced classes.
            *Group Equipment Classes are limited to 4 people.
